Education and Qualifications

I am a fully qualified piano teacher based in Liverpool holding a diploma and BA (Hons) degree in Music in addition to a post graduate certificate in teaching. However I started studying classical piano and musical theory at an early age.

 Teaching Background/History

I have over twenty years experience in teaching piano and musical theory to all ages and levels from absolute beginners to more advanced students within schools and private settings. During my teaching career I have been successful in teaching students various musical styles and developing their skills in different areas such as reading music, improvisation and composition. My portfolio of students learn piano for a variant of reasons such as pleasure, preparing them for exams, recitals and auditions which I have gained consistent results

During my musical career I have performed at many recitals and concerts in a variety of venues.
